Refund policy

We hope you love your Intentional Travel Journal. If it isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your journal must be unused, unwritten in, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been written in, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

To request a return, contact support@thatfeelingof.com with your order number. Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed for shipment. Contact support@thatfeelingof.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
